Delivery Information

Items are despatched on a next day delivery service

Postage is free to uk mainland only and there is a charge for delivery to the scottish highlands, scottish islands, channel islands, isle of wight, isle of man, scilly isles, norther island and ireland

If the item is sent on a pallet delivery service additional postage costs are quoted and charged to the customer depenmdant on there delivery post code

Please contact us with your post code for pallet a quote on the item your interested to buy before you buy.

Items are packed and despatched between 9:00 - 17:00 monday to friday.

If you have not recieved your item within 3 days of us sending you a despatch email then please contact us so we can track your order.
 

Delivery - Smaller items (under 30kg)

All of our items are in stock in our warehouse and we arrange delivery as soon as payment is received. Items are dispatched on next day delivery (Monday – Friday). Items ordered before 12noon will be dispatched the same working day. Items ordered after 12noon will be dispatched the next working day. 
 

Delivery - Larger items (over 35kg)

All of our furniture items that are over 35kg, are sent via pallet delivery, please make sure you provide us with the correct telephone number as we request the delivery company calls the customer a hour before delivery, we request a nominated day for delivery from the customer. a next day service is also available at a additional cost.
 

Returns

Items must be returned to us unused and in their original packaging. Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt and a note must be included stating your order reference and reason for return. If you would like to return an item please contact us by phone or email prior to the item being sent back to us. We can also arrange for items to be collected by our courier. Please note we are not responsible for return postage costs, which must be met by the customer.
 

Damaged or faulty goods

Our furniture is of the high quality, in the unlikely event that you have a problem with your purchase, please contact us and we will resolve any issues.
 

Refund Policy

If you decide you do not want any item which we have delivered you may return it to us for a refund. if you our not happy within 14 days of receipt. all items must be un-used and in original packaging. We recommend you return goods via recorded delivery, as we can not be held responsible for missing goods or damaged in transport by the courier company. We can arrange for collection via the courier company we use for a additional cost.

Payment can be made by any method that is offered on the website.
