Returns / Refunds Policy
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt. To arrange a return/refund we ask that you give a full explanation stating the reason for return.
- Returning items remain the customer’s responsibility until we are in full receipt of the item. They should remain in the same condition as originally supplied.
- Customers are asked to take reasonable care of the goods. They must be kept unused, unassembled with original packaging, to the extent necessary for the customer to examine the goods.
- The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Unless the goods are faulty or not as described, we may offer an exchange or refund as appropriate, in accordance to their legal rights.
- Products that are damaged by the customer or mis-used cannot be returned or refunded.
